One For The Braves put together a list of ten songs that get them through the January blues. Check out the list and what they had to say about each song!
Strung Out – “Crows”
Originally a bonus track on their 2015 release Transmission.Alpha.Delta. Crows is just the spit fire song you need to get you out of bed and playing some air guitar this winter.
The Menzingers – “I Don’t Wanna Be An Asshole Anymore”
No one wants to be an asshole in the winter so why not yell along to it with one of the catchiest/anthemic songs about not being and asshole…anymore
With the Punches – “No I Won’t Go to 80’s Night”
A fun fast song that is sure to get you up and reminding everyone that 80’s night is overrated and that with the punches is the greatest.
Dozer TX – “Breathe Deep”
Emotional and aggressive Dozer TX is bound to have you yelling along with all of the angst in your body while trying to start a circle pit with your dog.
One For The Braves – “Fighter Planes”
Angst, anger, and confusion with some movie references and a Guitar solo, basically our foundation, but one i can promise will have you out of the house and not settling for laying around this winter.
State Champs – “Elevated”
State Champs is that something you need to get you feeling like a million bucks, ready to take on the world while singing along (woah oh).
Life on The Sideline – “Everything I Lost”
One of our favorite songs by some of our best friends who called it quits recently.
Four Year Strong – “So Hot, And You Sweat On It”
A super fun and energetic song released as part of the 10-year anniversary reissue of Rise or Die Trying, that is bound to get you ready to party this winter.
Face to Face – “Disconnected”
If you don’t feel the urge to yell along to some face to face then the blues are really getting to you and you need some more Face to Face in your life.
The Wonder Years – “Washington Square Park”
“The Whole world’s full of losers, if you get, a chance to win take it!” That about says it all right there, sing along and take every chance to win and beat those January blues.
